Lincoln players react to Tuesday’s Checkatrade win

In the Checkatrade Trophy, Lincoln City progressed into the last eight of the Northern Section with a 3-2 victory over Accrington Stanley.

The Imps showed great character and resilience after falling behind twice in the match.

Numerous City players took to social media after Tuesday’s win, let’s see what they said:

Lincoln keeper Paul Farman returned to the starting line-up against Accrington Stanley, and he should be very pleased with his contributions.

Winger Josh Ginnelly loves a good emoji, and this tweet had the lot. Clearly, Gino was delighted with the win, and he too, appreciates Farman’s heroics.

Raggett is no stranger to finding the back of the net, and once again, he was the match winner with a great second half header.

Another lightening display from Harry Anderson, who continued his fantastic form.
